Stay 2 or more nights, get an additional night FREE. Free night must be Sunday through Thursday.
Not available during Holiday periods.

November thru April - $194.25 to $238.65 per night - TWO-NIGHT MINIMUM
May through October - $238.65 per night - TWO-NIGHT MINIMUM
Rate includes Mendocino County tax.
Additional nights - beyond the 2-night minimum - $194.25 to $238.65
Rates quoted do not include a $250 security deposit - refundable if property is left in good condition.
Single-night reservations accepted only to fill "holes" between other reservations.

Because Mendocino is a popular destination place, we are often booked weeks in advance.
That is especially true during the summer and fall seasons
as well as weekends and Holidays throughout the year.

For a stay of one or two nights
lodging costs (plus tax) must be prepaid in full at time of reservation.

Reservations of three or more nights
will require a deposit of one-half the total rate and tax, with balance due at time of checkout.

Deposits must be received within four days after reservations are booked.

We prefer payment by credit card - VISA or MASTERCARD
We do, however, accept cash.
Personal checks are OK, but not within the two weeks prior to the reservation.
We do not accept money orders or cashiers checks.

CHECK-IN - AFTER 3:30 PM ..... CHECK-OUT - BEFORE 11:00 AM

Please note our cancellation policy: You may cancel your reservation -- and we will refund your deposit (less a cancellation fee of $50) -- up until 30 days before your reservation. The cancellation fee will be deducted from your returned deposit or charged to your credit card.

Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations
after the stated period unless we are able to rebook your room. Cancellation fees of $50 will be deducted from any refunded deposits, if any.

In keeping with the clean, fresh air on the Mendocino Coast, we will thank you for not smoking in the suites. Ashtrays are provided on the decks.
